I dont know if i should take singing lessions or not?

My dream is to be a singer someday in my life cause I have alot that I would wanna say in my music and I dont know if im good enough but these are the things I do know. I wanna know if I should take singing lessions I know that if your born to sing u should sound good & so iv been singing since i was very little and nothing seems to be getting anywhewre for all these years that i have been singing and some people say that I sould very bad and some say I sound good and also some say that i sing out of my nose but i tink of my self is that i personally think I sound bad and feel like i do sing out of my nose and feel like im not singing loud enough and some say I have an accent in my voice if i do have those problems with my voice is it possible for me to improve cause I dont know what to do and i really need and good answer and my family cant aford singing lessions - but i can and i dont want it to be a waste of money and time so is it possible for me to improve all these things if I do take the singing lessions
