I have trust issues what do i do?

My boyfriend and i havve been together almost 4 years and we both love each other very much we even want to get married someday. But sometimes i have trouble trusting him, but i want to so bad. It's just like that thing in the back of your mind that's saying what if he did do it when i'm trying to trust him about something! I just don't know what to do
