Can you turbo an Hx Civic?

I have a 1996 hx civic coupe manual 5 speed and have read debates on wether to turbo the hx engine or not... I am not gonna do nothing crazy tdo4h turbo greddy manii 550cc injectors and a full tune... Just want a lil somethin till i get my type s... Anyways any info on this would be great about turboing these engines
