Why does this happen to me? Does this guy hate me?

You're not the only person in his life. People don't like those who get super clingy. If he says he's busy or tired why don't you just let him leave it at that? Don't mention that you go into his e-mail, which you should NOT be doing! He's keeping his options open. You don't really know him and he doesn't really know you. He does not have to commit to you. If it REALLY bothers you, just say you want to keep talking or say that you notice that he's still answering questions after he says bye (not saying that that will end well though). Advice: Chillll
