Does he like me? what should i do..HELP?

there's this guy that i've liked for a year now and he sending me mixed signals! so on thanksgiving he was laying on my lap and when i asked him to tell the little kids we weren't dating he didn't say anything... then he would put his arm through mine when we walk beside each other he also would say stuff like we're gonna get married someday then we were at a lil kids bday party and he would be like all over me and he asked me to like feed him the cotton candy (the way u do on a wedding day) and he picks me up and rides on my back and all my friends ask if he liked me but idk
