When should i be able to train and build my abs?

ok so i think that you should do the ab workouts and cardio so that by the time you lose the layer of fat you will already have a head start on your abs so do both do 50 sit ups 3 times a day and be sure to at least run a mile a day so do that for a couple of months and watch the fat fly away revealing your abs.
