What is the name of this movie?

It is an older film from over 6 years ago. In the movie there is a mom, dad, daughter, and one or two brothers. The dad is sick and dying. He gives his farm to the daughter instead of to his son. I think this makes the son upset and doesn't understand why he does not get the farm. The daughter I believe, loved to farm and work the land. It was her dream to own a farm someday. Any ideas? Sorry, this is not much too go by.
