Well here is my dream system. I hope to build this in April. Will it work?

pretty good, just a fyi, intel's processor lineup will be very different by april. lga 1366 is a dead end socket type and their fixed boards to go along with the sandybridge cpu's will be out along with new top end cpu's. I would perhaps wait for everything to sort out and to that route since its all just about to come out. I will also mention that AMD's new platform is right around the corner and no one really knows how good it will be but the potential is there that AMD could take the performance crown (who knows, but it wouldn't be the first time they have done it). Now is actually a good time to wait for a bit if you can.
