Bypass surgery for type 1 diabetic teen?

ok im 16 years old and im over weight i have tried every single work out there is and i never get results my BMI is over 40 like i weight about like 98.9 kilograms i hate to say it but its true and i anthem for insurance and care source and i have a few questions like does it hurt when you get it? how long is bed rest and can you do anything on bedrest like go to school? does it hurt pregnacy? thank you so much for help
